The PNR Story
Hi my name is Colleen Mifsud and my story started several years ago, just like many businesses as a dream.
I was working at a debt collection company at the time, achieving targets for corporate and at the same time selling our clients out. Each new client was sold on a promise to deliver and yet they were treated like a dollar sign and sold products and services that they probably didn’t need, and this was before the collection process had even started. Since Cash is King, our clients were just a number and their journey and collection wasn’t important.
Building The Business
I started asking myself questions. What could I do differently? What could I do better? Could I make a business in debt collection more personable? Could I?………
So, what did I do? I started a course, I meticulously planned the structure of my business to reflect what I as a customer would want, I stumbled occasionally (ok several times!) and I dreamed. So apart from in fairy tales dreams do come true and in 2018 PNR Debt Solutions opened for business.
PNR Debt Solutions offered the personalised service, it had the strong ethics and integrity and also the value for money as I understood the importance of developing an ongoing and beneficial relationship in the years ahead where our clients would be happy to refer our services.

PNR Debt Solutions is an emerging company that understands businesses, as we value and respect our clients, we listen to their needs and we are not too proud to not be open to change, as we are all completing a journey within our own business.
My business starts like a story, it has a beginning of once upon a time, it has a middle where characters are developing however it has no ending as we continue to grow, develop and learn. I like to think that even though we are the small guys competing in a big ocean we still pack a powerful punch!
